Online Courses Extension ( 3 Weeks )

Course Extension Policy
 
Unfortunately, your online training access will be deactivated once the allotted timeframe has been exceeded.
 
All students are provided with a 2-month access period from the date the course is assigned to their account.
 
 
Course Extension Options
 
To regain access to your online training program, the following extension options are available:
    •    $310 – 2 weeks access (all courses)
    •    $380 – 3 weeks access (all courses)
 
Please note:
    •    Extensions must be purchased before access can be restored
    •    Extensions can only be applied once per account
 
 
 
Important Information
    •    This policy applies to all online students who have not completed their training within the given timeframe
    •    Course timeframes are clearly stated on the first page of each course
    •    No exceptions will be made under any circumstances
 
 
 
Certification Requirements
 
All courses must be fully completed in order to receive any certification. Certificates are issued only once all required courses and assignments have been successfully submitted and approved.
 
 
 
Account Status
 
If no action is taken after your account has been deactivated, your account may be permanently deleted, and courses will not be recoverable.
 
 
Payment & Reactivation Process
 
Once payment has been made, please ensure you select the “Pick Up” option at checkout, as there are no physical items to be shipped.
 
Your account will be reactivated within 24 hours or less after payment is received.
 
You will receive a notification once your platform access has been successfully restored.
